Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:45 AM - 5:00 PM

Position Summary:
A busy and growing dental practice is seeking a reliable, experienced, and organized Medical Office Manager to oversee daily front office operations. This full-time, on-site role is essential to maintaining an efficient, patient-focused environment and supporting the dental team.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily operations of the front office in a dental practice setting

  • Supervise, train, and support front desk staff

  • Coordinate patient scheduling, check-in/check-out, and appointment flow

  • Oversee insurance verification, claims processing, and patient billing

  • Maintain accurate patient records and ensure HIPAA compliance

  • Improve patient satisfaction through efficient service and communication

  • Facilitate communication between clinical staff, patients, and office team

  • Monitor office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships

  • Assist with recruiting, onboarding, and human resource coordination

  • Ensure compliance with OSHA, HIPAA, and dental industry regulations


Qualifications:

  • 2-3+ years of experience managing a dental or medical office

  • Knowledge of dental billing, coding, and insurance procedures

  • Proficiency in dental practice management software (e.g., Dentrix, Eaglesoft, Open Dental) preferred

  • Strong leadership and communication skills

  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities

  • Commitment to professionalism and high-quality patient care
